Too close to the edge? Here’s what to do
The “Point of No Return” explained simply and the 80% Rule every tantric practitioner should know.
There’s lots of benefits to tantric practice, as many in our community could tell you, like increased energy levels, motivation, testosterone, and sex drive, among other things.
But there’s one question we often get from beginners honing their practice (and which long-term practitioners always keep in mind);
What’s the “point of no return”? How do I know when I’m too close to it? And should I slow down, or take a break?
If that sounds like your inner monologue, don’t worry, you’re not alone!
First, the “point of no return” is the point where you’re so turned on, a spasm orgasm is unavoidable.
To do this practice, you need to have the discipline to stop before the point of no return.
In the beginning, you should only go up to about 80-85% of your maximum horniness level.
If that sounds a bit frustrating, don’t worry. The longer you practice, the more energy you’ll be able to contain without hitting that point.
As for knowing when you’re getting a little too close, thankfully there’s a simple answer;
Just look out for that tingling, buzzing sensation that comes right before a peak orgasm (you know the one 😉).
Whichever set of genitals you have, that feeling is your body sounding the alarm!
If you feel that sensation, STOP! Breathe, and relax your body.
When you start again, sloooooowww dooooowwwn. Taking your time is the best defense against sudden surprises.
We recommend slowing down by at least 20%.
If you feel that alarm go off again that session, take a break! Don’t tempt yourself to ruin your progress! Three strikes and you’re out…
There’ll be plenty of juicy energy later, if you avoid a miss now.
Just follow these tips and you’ll set a new “days without a miss” record in no time!
Keep up the good work! We’re rooting for you.
