Travel to workshop

All participants are responsible for checking the travel requirements regarding Covid-19 to get to the workshop safely. Do your research on what forms you need to fill out and what tests you need to provide at the border/airport in good time before workshop start.

 

Prerequisites to enter TNT workshop

The last remaining Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted by the Dutch Government per 23 March 2022, apart from the face mask requirement for airports (beyond the security checks) and on airplanes. Therefore, we don’t require anymore proof of Covid-19 vaccination or negative test results at workshop registration.

The entry requirements may change rapidly depending on official laws and new regulations. Any important updates or changes will be communicated with participants on email before workshop start.

During the workshop, we will follow all hygiene recommendations and any protocols imposed by the venue and local government.

Participants must also sign a “Liability Disclaimer” that releases TNT from liability in regards to Covid-19 when attending our trainings. This will be sent by email to be signed electronically before the workshop.

If you develop symptoms of a Covid-19 infection or have been in contact with someone tested positive of Covid-19 within 10 days before the workshop, contact the workshop organizer immediately.

 

Cancellation or inability to attend

In the case of strengthened Covid-19 regulations forcing us to cancel workshops, be aware that there will be unavoidable cancellation fees and operating costs from the workshop venue that we won’t be able to return. We were able to get these costs refunded in the past, but because our workshops can’t be changed to fit stricter regulations (e.g. respecting social distancing rules), our venues don’t want to take the risk on our behalf. We now have to pay their cancellation fees in the case of force majeure due to Covid-19. This is outside of our control and we apologize in advance for the inconvenience. We do our very best to find workable solutions to avoid fees and find fair arrangements for everyone. Decisions can only be done on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on each situation.

So in the case of cancellation due to the reasons in this point, the participant will be offered a choice between:

  • receiving a voucher of the full workshop price minus 50€ to be used within 12 months to move their booking to a future event,
  • receiving a refund of the full workshop price minus 200€.

The same applies if you’re in a country where the restrictions would change before workshop start and prevent you from traveling. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is the case.

In any case, The New Tantra is not liable for participants’ travel expenses and other costs related to preparing for the workshop.
