Ready to rewrite your sexuality?
Constantine shares his first workshop experience.
Ten years ago, I was driving to a retreat center in The Netherlands, feeling nervous and on the verge of puking. I had no idea what was waiting for me. But one thing was clear: I couldn’t go back to my old way of experiencing sex.
I had just finished the 21 Day Challenge, and for the first time, I’d felt deeply connected to my partner, more focused, and had more fun in bed than ever before. So, despite my nerves, I signed up for the Level 1 & 2 Sexual Deconditioning workshops.
From the moment I arrived, everything changed. The exercises pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way possible. The group felt like a community, and things got weird in the most beautiful ways.
Those workshops didn’t just teach me; they rewrote my relationship with sexuality, freeing me from society’s conditioning.
Fast forward, tantra is now my lifestyle and career—and it all started there.
If you’re curious but feeling nervous about joining Level 1 & 2, here’s what helped me prepare:
- I read a lot of books about tantra. If you want to start the deconditioning in your head, I can recommend you do the same. It wasn’t published yet when I started my journey, but 50 Misconceptions of Sex by TNT founder Alexa Vartman is a great starting point. This book talks explicitly about the concepts we work with in Level 1 & 2 (I like the author-narrated audiobook).
- Try the free 21 Day Challenge: It’s the fastest way to start practicing tantra at home and you’ll feel it in your body in just a few weeks.
If you’re brave enough to dive in, remember this: don’t take yourself too seriously, and you’ll have a blast.
