How to practice tantric sex
3 tips to get started at home RIGHT NOW!
Hey, it’s Paris, your TNT workshop facilitator 😄
I’ve been practicing tantra for 13 years now. And honestly, I’m living the sex life of my dreams and experiencing what most people masturbate to (brag!). Super grateful for that.
No but for real, I’m saying this coz the good news are: You can learn it too! 🥳
Now, a warning: practicing tantra is simple and natural, but not always easy. It requires some discipline and willingness to change old patterns.
ALSO, the sex part of tantra is just the tip of the iceberg. It goes so much deeper than that (but that’s for another post).
Okay, do you wanna change your sex life from “meeeh” to “Ohmygod, where has this been all my life?!?!”
Here are 3 tantric practices I would recommend if you’re starting out:
#1 Ditch the Regular Orgasms!
Wait, no climax at the end of sex or masturbation? Avoid ejaculation and cl!toral orgasms?
That’s right. It’s a total game changer. In just a few weeks, shifting away from chasing the spasm orgasm can lead to major benefits:
- More energy
- Better mood
- Less brain fog
- Deeper pleasure
- Higher libido
- Renewed attraction to your partner

#2 Switch Polarity
Polarity is the dynamic between opposites, such as:
- Feminine / masculine
- Active / passive
- Giving / receiving
If you always operate in one of these modes, things can get stagnant in the bedroom and leave you feeling bored or drained.
To shake it up, switch polarity with your partner for a while.
In a typical hetero man-woman relationship, for example: ladies, serve your man first.
Set a timer and tell him you’re in charge for the next 15-20 min. He doesn’t have to make any decisions. This will recharge his batteries.
When the timer rings, the polarity often switches back to a stronger, juicier dynamic.
(Btw, this works beautifully in non-hetero couples too. Just adapt it so the more feminine partner serves the more masculine one first.)
#3 Stick Something Up Your Butt
There. I said it. And yes, I mean it. 😄
But there’s obviously more to this than just being cheeky with you:
The core principle here is relaxation. Learning to soften your bodily base, including the @nus, can massively improve your love-making.
If you’re practicing non-cumming (see #1), being able to circulate energy is KEY. Moving that turned-on sensation from your genitals up your spine makes sex:
- Effortless
- Longer-lasting
- Less prone to premature ejaculation
- More intense and pleasurable
An anal de-armoring session (where the anus is gently dilated to relax and feel pleasure) can make energy circulation dramatically easier.
