Don’t push my button 😏
What if you’ve been focusing on the wrong spot?
Here’s a quick question:
Ever wondered if you’re not supposed to touch the clitoris at all in tantra?
Let’s make sure you’ve got the details right 😉
It’s not a question of whether you should or should not touch the clit at all. Of course, you may brush over it as it’s a part of the whole female genital area.
The clit anatomy looks like this:

In Tantra, we recommend you don’t overfocus on the button (the clitoral glans). Ignore it for a while.
The clit glans has thousands of nerve endings, so we find that over-focusing on it (especially if, like me, you were addicted to it in the past) will overshadow other sensations because of how loud the signal from that little button is to the brain.
When feelings are all concentrated on that one point during play or masturbation, it’s much harder (and even a bit frustrating) to feel other sensations in your vagina, anus, inner thighs, perineum, etc.
Instead, we recommend you touch every other part of your body in order to train your neuroplasticity and rewire your brain to feel sensations in other parts of your body and genitals. This pussy-mind connection will then (hopefully) allow you to experience valley orgasms later on.
With consistent practice, tantric women report they feel the internal sensations for a long time after making love, and also notice the glow that remains in the body afterwards. It feels wonderful!
So keep up the exploration and avoid the clit this Summer 😉
Sooner or later, you’ll notice some changes.
If you’ve fallen off the wagon, repeat the 21 Day Challenge.
