21 Day Challenge Mood Swings

Some people say that when they stop the regular spasm orgasm (ejaculation for men and clitoral orgasm for women), they notice that their mood drops for a certain number of days before it goes up again. Some call this the “orgasm hangover”. This topic causes a lot of debate amongst tantric practitioners.

It’s hard to say if this is something you can expect for sure during the 21 Day Challenge. It’s individual from person to person. You may be part of the group of people who say the spasm orgasm has zero effect on their mood, libido and energy levels whatsoever.

But from reports of literally thousands of people over the last 10 years (both online with the 21 Day Challenge and on TNT workshops), there seems to be a general pattern.

Watch the FAQ video below to see if you recognize something in your own practice.
